It appears there is two text labels on the NEW TOPIC button. ....

I know... it seems the new button is transparent.. I will dig out into it. Thanks for pointing it out

My apologies it seems I created a duplicate thread on this issue.
If a mod could catch the duplicate thread I would appreciate it.
